Financial Services Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a financial services associate attorney preferably with 3-5 years of consumer financial services litigation experience and a commitment to the financial services practice. The candidate should preferably have represented federally charted financial institutions and have experience defending financial institutions in regulatory matters. Should also have excellent academic credentials, experience drafting and arguing motions and other pleadings, significant case development/management experience, and experience with federal and local state courts. Admission to the California Bar is ideal. Must have strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
