Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Litigation Of Counsel with extensive experience in complex litigation, class action, and products liability. Duties:

• Draft and prepare pleadings and discovery documents.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8+ years of meaningful litigation experience.

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
