The candidate should preferably have experience with workouts and restructurings. Admission to Colorado Bar or ability to waive in is preferred.
The candidate must be a self-starter with a strong academic background, excellent drafting skills, the ability and desire to interface directly with clients and opposing counsel, and the tenacity to drive transactions to closing.
