Duties:

  • Interact regularly with clients, opposing parties, medical professionals, and court personnel

  • Formulate litigation strategies to pursue optimal outcomes for clients

  • Maintain accurate records, track case milestones, and manage deadlines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in personal injury litigation

  • Proven ability to manage a docket of active litigation files

  • Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated commitment to client-focused legal practice

  • The capability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments

  • Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
