The candidate should preferably have experience or knowledge in Employment Law including Employment Discrimination (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and applicable state laws); Disability Accommodation Issues; Family and Medical Leave Act; Non-Compete and Trade Secret Protection; Employee Handbook and Policies Review; Unemployment Appeals; Workers' Compensation and OSHA complaints; Wage and Hour, Severance Agreements, Employment Contracts, ERISA issues.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials, a commitment to delivering quality legal work for the firm's clients, and be committed to growing their practice. Should have excellent analytical, writing, and legal research skills, strong attention to detail, and work with a sense of urgency.
