Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

Cleveland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a labor and employment associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The candidate must have experience representing clients in labor and employment litigation and general employment counseling is required. Should preferably have experience handling a full range of class action and individual lawsuits related to employment discrimination allegations, wage and hour claims, plus experience handling issues related to employee discipline, unlawful harassment and retaliation, labor law, and workplace investigations and training. Traditional labor experience is preferred. Federal clerkship experience is a plus. A superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills are required.
