Junior to Mid-level Real Estate and Land Use Associate Attorney

Phoenix office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior to mid-level real estate and land use associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will join its expanding national real estate practice group. Will work with respect to all types of commercial real estate transactions across the country, real property secured and asset-based financing, commercial leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. Significant experience in finance and commercial leasing is a plus. This work runs the gamut of property types, including shopping centers, residential developments, office and industrial properties, hospitality and renewable energy projects, and is for a variety of types of clients, including national and regional lenders, CMBS trusts and loan servicers, landlords and tenants, developers, and property managers.

The candidate must have a strong work ethic, be able to prioritize and stay organized among many matters, have top academic credentials, be responsive, creative, and flexible, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
