Pittsburgh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a creditors rights, bankruptcy, insolvency and workout attorney with 2-7 years of experience, preferably in the following areas: Representation of secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies; Confession of judgment; Mortgage foreclosure; Replevin actions, receiverships; Article 9 sales, auctions, and other collateral liquidations; Enforcement of judgments; Lien priority litigation; Commercial litigation, collection proceedings; landlord/tenant issues. Loan modification agreements, forbearance agreements, deed in lieu of foreclosure, and similar transactions. Experience arguing motions before the court essential. Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.
