Islandia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks commercial litigation/transaction attorney with 3-10 years of experience in commercial litigation/transaction matters. The candidate will be managing a caseload. Will be assisting to cover the calendar of this busy litigation firm. Conducting depositions of all parties and non-parties. Meeting and working with clients. Producing clients for deposition. Meeting with experts. Draft pleadings, motions, and other discovery items. Handle all aspects of litigation and trial. Must be admitted to practice law in New York State and in good standing. Candidates admitted to the NYS federal courts are preferred.

The candidate should preferably be hardworking, smart, personable, and looking for autonomy and opportunity in a growing environment. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as a commitment to outstanding client service, are a must.
