Bankruptcy Attorney

Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a bankruptcy attorney with 5-7 years of relevant experience. The candidate must have overall case management experience, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, taking depositions, and experience in court proceedings. Experience in insurance defense is a plus. Must have a valid Bar admission in a state where the office is located.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills. Excellent research and presentation skills are required. The ability to successfully develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm's existing client base is needed. This position may present opportunities for travel.
