Structured Finance Senior Career Associate Attorney

Portland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a structured finance senior career associate attorney with 4-7 years of experience in securitization / structured finance. The candidate should preferably have prior CMBS experience. Must be a member of the OR Bar.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Superior communication skills and the ability to work with clients are required.
