Associate Attorney needed for Mount Laurel office

Mount Laurel office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with experience. The candidate will have a comprehensive review of all conditions precedent to the filing of the action, including a review of loan documents, financials, and demand letters. Will draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions. Ensure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations. Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, as applicable. Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control are strongly preferred. Prior foreclosure or Title experience is required. Bar membership in Pennsylvania is essential.

The candidate must be able to work independently and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Should have a Juris Doctor degree. Should have intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; strong interpersonal skills essential. The ability to effectively communicate through both verbal and written electronic correspondence is essential. Must demonstrate an excellent ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations. Should have meticulous analytical skills and attention to detail.
