Associate Attorney With 5-10 Years Of Litigation Experience

Orange office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 5-10 years of litigation experience. The candidate will consistently engage in the preparation of client-ready reports, formal and informal. Will independently manage a high-volume caseload. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions/trial preparation. Legal research, discovery, fact investigation, law and motion practice, interface with expert witnesses, and social media investigations. Must be a current member of the California State Bar from an ABA-accredited law school. Medical background and/or familiarity with medical records and terms are a plus.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills. Must have a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Must possess strong written and analytical skills, as well as be committed to exceptional client service. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to multitask. Detailed-oriented and strong rapport-building skills are needed. Exercising a high degree of initiative, independence, and the ability to meet time frames in performing assigned tasks is required.
