Saint Louis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior associate attorney with 5-10 years of experience. The candidate will research, analyze, and interpret law sources such as statutes, rules and regulations, ordinances, court decisions, and legal opinions. Will monitor routine case files to ensure deadlines are maintained, investigate facts and legal matters to determine causes of action. Make court appearances and handle caseload. Prepare pleadings, memos, briefs. Should have experience and/or interest in corporate/Business formation and Business litigation, estate planning/probate administration and probate litigation, real estate transactions, contract negotiations and related litigation, collection, municipal and government law. Must be in good standing with the Missouri Bar; Illinois Bar admission is preferred. Must have interest in business and client development.

The candidate should have strong research and writing skills. Must have strong analytical skills. Should be able to work independently.
