Junior to Mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney

The candidate should have experience which includes strong knowledge of acquisition and disposition and financing of commercial real estate. Experience with utility-scale energy projects is a plus. Familiarity with land use, zoning, land development approvals, and commercial leasing would be helpful. Must be a California licensed attorney with solid transactional real estate experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
