Bad Faith Litigation Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of our client seeks a bad faith litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience including coverage opinions, coverage litigation, bad faith, and declaratory relief experience. The candidate will draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents. Manage discovery, including taking/presenting witnesses for deposition. Provide professional liability coverage analyses to clients. Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing. Experience handling life, health, and disability matters related to ERISA claims are preferred. Must be an active member of the State Bar of California in good standing.

The candidate must have excellent writing and proofreading skills. The ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner is required. Proficient knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook, and WestLaw is essential.
