Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level litigation associate attorney with 2-4 years of construction litigation experience. The candidate should preferably have prior construction litigation experience handling acting for owners and general contractors. An engineering and/or architectural background is also desirable. Familiarity with document management in complex litigation and arbitration experience is required. Should be a member or eligible to become a member of the District of Columbia Bar.

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree and a juris doctorate degree (JD) from an accredited law school. Excellent academic performance is highly valued. Brief writing and oral presentation are important skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of ethics and conduct codes are preferred.
