Mid- to Senior-level Corporate Associate Attorney

Providence office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid- to senior-level corporate associate attorney preferably with 6+ years of healthcare experience working on mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. The candidate should be interested in focusing on healthcare companies and organizations and have a broad knowledge of general corporate law to work on matters in the areas of private equity, joint venture, and M&A transactions. Experience with healthcare and/or life sciences transactions would be a plus.
