Maitland office of our client seeks a litigation attorney with 2+ years of experience in defense of property insurance claims litigation. The candidate should preferably have prior trial experience. Prior motion hearing experience and fact and expert witness deposition experience are necessary.
The candidate must have strong analytical skills and effective communication skills (verbal and written).
This Florida law firm was founded over a decade ago primarily for the sake of handling insurance coverage and defense. But they also cover an array of other services, including commercial litigation and defense, subrogation and recovery, and construction defect disputes. Their offices are located in West Palm Beach, Tampa, Miami, Orlando, Sarasota, and Vero Beach.
