Employee Benefits Health and Welfare Attorney

East Palo Alto office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employee benefits health and welfare attorney with 6+ years of experience in employee benefits law. The candidate will contribute to a wide variety of complex projects and solve compliance, design, risk, and various issues concerning employee benefit plans, specifically health and welfare plans. Should preferably have a background in employee benefits law dealing with a broad spectrum of health and welfare benefit and retirement plan programs, as well as handling of employee benefit plans in mergers and acquisitions. Should ideally have relevant law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and a strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school. An LL.M. in employee benefits law is preferred. Must be licensed to practice in DC, Illinois, or California. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
