The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented with strong legal writing skills and oral advocacy skills. Excellent academic credentials are required. Must also have civil litigation experience in state court. Experience with first-party insurance litigation and bad faith insurance litigation is preferable, as is experienced in Federal Court. Must be licensed to practice in Florida.
