A law firm located in Santa Monica, CA is currently seeking a highly qualified Mid-Level/Senior Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in complex commercial litigation, including expertise in antitrust litigation and/or large MDL civil litigation. Outstanding academic credentials, equivalent law firm experience, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

 

Duties:

  • Manage all aspects of complex commercial litigation cases, focusing on antitrust litigation and/or large MDL civil litigation matters.
  • Conduct thorough discovery processes, including document review, production, and management.
  • Take and defend depositions, as well as draft pleadings and other legal documents.
  • Participate actively in courtroom proceedings, including hearings and trials, when necessary.
  • Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in complex commercial litigation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in antitrust litigation and/or large MDL civil litigation.
  • Preferably, a proven track record of courtroom experience.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
