New Rochelle office of our client seeks real estate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will handle all aspects of Pre and Post Sales. Will review and approve notices of sales. Handle third party sales. Analyze, review, and execute referee deeds. Analyze title reports and loan documents. Negotiate and prepare REO contracts. Work on the entire process of real estate transactions including drafting, review and revisions of contracts, correspondence with clients, attorneys, lenders and real estate brokers. Attend real estate closings. Analyze and draft contracts and other related documents related to the sale and purchase of real property. Review and execute referee deeds. Foreclosure experience is preferred. Complete knowledge of NY motion practice is essential. Must have license in NY.

The ideal Attorney will be a logical and analytical thinker, must be self-motivated with strong problem solving, organizational and communication skills. This candidate will need to be able to work efficiently and effectively with a high volume of work while managing a small team of Legal Assistants and a Team Lead. Leadership skills; strong time management skills is needed.
