Tax Attorney

Orlando office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a tax attorney preferably with 1+ years of Tax Resolution or Tax Controversy experience. The candidate will be communicating with clients and overseeing cases to resolution. Will prepare and review financial documents to determine the best resolution, such as Offer in Compromise, Installment Agreements, Currently Non-Collectible, and Penalty Abatement for IRS and State tax agencies. Communicate with all Federal and State tax agencies to obtain the best resolution for clients; release wage/bank levies; secure holds and meet deadlines. Prioritize caseload and able to handle a large volume of cases. Ability to complete and close cases on a weekly basis. Bar licensed Attorney in good standing essential.

The candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent client servicing skills. Must be self-sufficient and well-organized with a strong work ethic. Should be able to work independently and also within a team. Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to prioritize is a must.
