The candidate should have regulatory, compliance, enforcement, and transactional experience in matters related to products regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and/or state cannabis commissions. Must have interest in food, drug, cosmetic, medical device, and/or tobacco regulatory law. Cannabis law experience is a plus.
