Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate will assist a litigation partner in, among other matters, the defense of a large, complex bankruptcy court adversary proceeding, including conducting legal research, filing and responding to routine motions, drafting and responding to written discovery requests, reviewing and producing documents and preparing privilege logs in connection with document requests, assisting in deposition preparation, and assisting in the preparation of status reports to the client.
