The candidate will primarily focus on one or two lines of business representing commercial loan servicers of securitized loans (CMBS, Freddie Mac). Should have experience in the following areas: General real estate; Real estate finance, preferably with real estate capital markets experience; Significant deal closing experience; Real estate lending and securitization. North Carolina Bar membership essential.

The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills, and a client-focused attitude.
