Banking and Finance Associate

Melbourne office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a banking and finance associate with 2-5 years of post qualification experience. The candidate will gain exposure to a diverse mix of high-quality banking and finance matters in Australia and internationally. Will broadly gain exposure to: corporate and acquisition finance; real estate investment and development finance; securitisation; project and infrastructure financing; private debt and special situations; fund financing; and specialised finance such as receivables, trade, supply chain, and asset-based lending. Must have demonstrated experience working on banking and finance transactions gained at a reputable national or international law firm, or in-house at a leading financial institution.

The candidate must have excellent written, drafting, and verbal communication skills. Should have attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a good work ethic.
