Phoenix office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employment or education law attorney with 5+ years of recent relevant experience. The candidate will work with the employment and education law practice group, which represents employees, employers, students, and educators. Work on various state and federal employment litigation cases as well as represent students and educators in administrative law matters. Must have experience with EEOC, ADA, FMLA, FSLA, wrongful termination, and various Arizona state employment statutes OR experience with representing students with residency claims, disciplinary hearings, suspension, and other education matters OR experience with representing educators with disciplinary hearings, suspension, or other employment-related matters. Should have admission in Arizona and be in good standing.

The candidate must be comfortable with Microsoft software and other technology, including the use of databases. Strong writing and analytical skills are required. The firm offers a competitive compensation package, and a hybrid work schedule is available to balance in office and remote work.
