The ideal candidate must have deep experience in corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and venture capital or bank financing (or both), as well as in providing general corporate advice and counsel. Additional requirements include strong drafting and organizational skills, the ability to interact directly with client management and opposing counsel, and experience in coordinating a multidisciplinary client service team.
