Atlanta office of our client seeks immigration counsel with preferably 7+ years of experience. The candidate will serve in the preparation and filing of immigration applications, including immigrant visa petitions, applications for permanent residency, naturalization applications, including PERMs, Preference Petitions and Adjustment of Status Applications. Will liaise with relevant government agencies including USCIS, ICE, CBP, US Department of State, and US Department of Labor. Advise and train employers on a wide range of immigration laws and regulations. Represent employers before administrative agencies in a broad range of employment based immigration matters. Address client case status inquiries, including steps in process remaining, processing times, and consular appointment issues. Admission to a State Bar with Active status is required.

The candidate should possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential. Ability to manage client relationships for high-volume clients and complex projects under short deadlines is essential. Must have proficiency with various technology platforms, including Microsoft Office and LawLogix; Initiative, team orientation and professionalism. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment is essential. Should have JD degree from Accredited Law School.
