The candidate will have extensive contact with IP Licensing and Technology Transactions attorneys. Membership to the Texas State Bar is required.

The candidate must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. Must have JD degree from accredited law school. Excellent legal research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills required.
