Jackson Heights office of our client seeks an immigration attorney. The candidate will prepare, file, and appear in special immigrant juvenile cases in Family Courts in NY and NJ. Will prepare and file I-360 and I-485 cases before USCIS. Prepare and file I-601A waivers; prepare, file, and represent clients in Affirmative Asylum and/or Cancellation of Removal cases before the Immigration Court in NYC, Newark, Hartford, Connecticut, and other jurisdictions; and prepare, file, and represent clients in Family Petitions, VAWA, U Visas, N-400s and I-751 cases. NY State Bar admission is a must. Additional NJ State Bar admission is preferred. Fluency in Spanish is a big plus.

The candidate must have an interest in immigration law and be passionate about issues affecting immigrants.
