Mid-level Estate Planning Associate Attorney

Pittsburgh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level estate planning associate attorney with 3-5 years of strong estate planning, probate, and trust administration experience, particularly with complex and high net worth estates, and be able to manage multiple matters independently. The candidate will be drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Will be drafting court pleadings for probate administration and related court proceedings; preparing, analyzing, and concisely summarizing complex planning structures; assisting with multiple clients and estates of various sizes. Work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Prior experience with estate planning and administration in a sophisticated law firm practice is required.
