Mid-level IP Litigation Associate Attorney (Technology)

The candidate should have a background in electrical or mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and industry work experience is desirable. Must have experience in all phases of patent litigation, including case assessment, discovery and motions practice, depositions, working with experts, and appeals. The client focus areas for this role include telecommunications, automotive and other high tech industries. Must be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's Bar.

The candidate must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
