Trademark Associate Attorney

Houston office of our client seeks a trademark associate attorney with 3 years of experience with trademark clearance, registration, maintenance, monitoring, prosecution (including the preparation of substantive responses to USPTO office actions), enforcement (including preparing and responding to cease and desist letters) and litigation. The candidate must have experience with intellectual property agreements, UDRP actions, TTAB proceedings, and matters related to the use of trademarks on social media platforms. Global portfolio experience is preferred. Copyright law experience is also a plus. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
