Peachtree City office of our client seeks an associate attorney preferably with 1-4 years of real estate experience. The candidate will review title work, close real estate transactions, and communicate with clients, lenders, brokers, and title companies. Will review closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency. Review title abstracts, trusts, and probate documents. Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers in real estate closings. Interact with clients as counselor and advisor. Participate in team and company meetings. Perform other related duties as assigned. Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia. Should hold either a current appointment as a Georgia Notary Public or the ability to obtain such qualification before starting work.
The candidate must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations. Should be able to work a flexible schedule with extended hours when required (especially at the end of the month). Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess superior interpersonal skills.
