Eminent Domain Attorney

Atlanta office of our client seeks eminent domain attorney with 3-5 years of experience in GA (preferred practice areas: Eminent Domain, Civil Litigation, or related). The candidate will be speaking to prospective new clients about the many ways we add value and speaking to clients about their cases. Will be reading and analyzing offers, appraisals, and project plans related to eminent domain cases and projects. Appearing in court and attending mediations as needed. Evaluating and analyzing eminent domain cases. Negotiating and resolving eminent domain cases mostly before but sometimes after litigation has been filed. Supervising a paralegal and directing their work. Should have interest and knowledge in eminent domain law. Must be currently licensed to practice law in Georgia.

The candidate should be detail oriented. Must be a polished and skilled speaker with residential, business and commercial property owners. Should be a self-starter, is able to prioritize the workload, and has a strong work ethic.
