The candidate should preferably have 5-7 years of law firm experience primarily representing borrowers, banks, and other institutional lenders in secured and unsecured loan transactions, with related UCC Article 9 expertise. Experience representing banks and other institutional lenders in one or more of the following: asset-based lending, leveraged lending, syndicated lending, subscription line loans, and sponsor finance is desired.

The candidate should be a team player with strong interpersonal and demonstrable client relationship skills.
