Associate Attorney

Jacksonville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with experience in employment law and related litigation. The candidate will get the opportunity to represent clients throughout the US. Will assist with the defense of agency charges of discrimination, lawsuits involving a broad range of labor and employment-related claims, and advice and counseling involving similar issues. Depending on the level of experience, interview witnesses, prepare witnesses for testimony, conduct depositions, and attend hearings. Advise and train employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations. Conduct legal research and effectively and persuasively write briefs and motions in all phases of litigation. Cultivate productive and effective relationships with clients. Traditional labor experience is a plus. Must have a thorough understanding of civil litigation procedures and experience working on litigation matters.

The candidate must have top academic credentials with strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Must also exhibit strong organizational, time management, and project management skills and be able to communicate and interact well with clients and opposing counsel.
