Sacramento office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior environment and planning attorney with 21 years of experience. The candidate will be engaged in a mix of litigation, advice and transaction work focused on planning and environmental law issues with a strong focus on planning law. Will be planning approvals and appeals, major project approvals, planning agreements, land acquisition and compensation and environmental compliance. Should have some knowledge of Clean Air Act, APA litigation and CEQA.
