PIP Attorney

Plantation office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks PIP attorney with experience. The candidate will handle all aspects of PIP claims, including demand, discovery, hearings, trials, and appeals. Will have the ability to manage a large caseload. Attend depositions and hearings. Preparation of various legal documents, including motions, memorandums, and discovery. Respond to complaints, and discovery requests and file motions with the court as needed. Handle all aspects of litigation up and through the trial of the case and assist senior attorneys in the trial. Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
