Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney specializing in personal injury cases in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of litigation, from depositions to trial preparation, under the guidance of senior attorneys. This full-time, in-person role requires a commitment to excellence and client advocacy.

Duties

  • Handle litigation of personal injury cases.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Conduct mediations and settlement negotiations.
  • Prepare cases for trial and assist as first or second chair.

Requirements

  • Experience in personal injury litigation representing plaintiffs.
  • Proven track record of settlements or verdicts for plaintiffs.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full-time, in-person position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active California Bar license.
