Chicago office of our client seeks junior healthcare transactional/regulatory attorney with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong healthcare regulatory background with experience in provider licensure, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and conditions of participation, anti-kickback laws, self-referral laws, and HIPAA. Additional experience with corporate and transactional matters for healthcare providers is preferred. Working knowledge/background in ERISA litigation and managed care experience is a plus. Illinois Bar admission is required.

The candidate should have demonstrated interest and experience in practicing health law and should possess strong self-starter credentials with good writing, communication and client relations skills.
