Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level litigation associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience. The candidate should have extensive experience analyzing, researching and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment and class certification motions, writs and appeals. Successfully argued motions; Taken and defended depositions; Trial experience. Should have experience overseeing junior associates; and case management experience. Law Review experience preferred. Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar.

The candidate should have solid writing skills. Must have ability to be strategic and analytical. Should have solid academic performance from a top law school.
