The candidate will be heavily focused on tax/trusts/estates work, and also include a certain amount of corporate and transactional work that emanates from the family wealth practice. Skills in estate planning and wealth preservation techniques associated with Federal Estate/Gift/GST Tax planning, business succession planning (including transactional tax issues), and general estate planning and administration are required. An LL.M. in Taxation (or pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation) is preferred.
