The candidate will file pleadings, complete discovery, and attend hearings and depositions in workers' compensation litigation. Responsible for initial client consultations and client retention agreements. Handle administrative tasks such as reviewing and filing mail on a daily basis and filing of all pre-litigation pleadings. Must have a solid foundation in litigation skills, including administrative court appearances, as well as taking expert depositions and competency in drafting motions. Experience managing a paralegal is required. Must be able to handle basic administrative tasks, and file objections to final admissions.

The candidate must have competency in case-management software. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a large caseload are required. Should have knowledge of the Workers' Compensation Act, workers' compensation rules of procedure, and Office of Administrative Courts Rules.
