Workers' Compensation Attorney

Gulfport office of our client seeks a workers' compensation attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will represent parties to join the Gulfport office in handling legal disputes involving personal injuries sustained by workers on the job. Be responsible for all aspects of the workers' compensation case, including but not limited to gathering medical records, taking depositions, and conducting discovery. Licensed to practice in MS (passed the bar exam on the first attempt) & in good standing is preferred. Top 1/3 of the class is required. Must have excellent computer skills and client interaction.
