Senior Health Care Transactional and Corporate Attorney

Buffalo office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior health care transactional and corporate attorney with 5+ years of corporate and transactional experience. The candidate will represent sophisticated corporate clients operating in the health care industry in a wide range of general corporate and transactional matters and will support and enhance a robust health care practice that operates across the firms platform. Will have the opportunity over time to assume a leadership role in the group and to serve as a successor to a large health care client base and book of business. Should have experience including corporate and M&A transactional work with at least some exposure to clients in the health care industry. Strong demonstrated relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills are required. A portable and growing book of business will be favorably regarded.
