Washington D.C. office of our client seeks associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience for business and estate planning matters. The candidate must have primary and secondary document responsibility and carry significant load in transactions and/or client service delivery and communications. Tax and business experience is strongly preferred. CPA experience viewed favorably. Intermediate and higher end estate planning, business formation, document review and negotiation, general business counseling, asset sale and stock transactions, protection and transfer of intellectual property also desired. Virginia bar admission required.

The firm is based in Loudoun County, Virginia. Practice areas include Divorce and Family Law, Business Planning, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning, Construction Law and Estate Planning.
